Holy cow! The Cubs beat the Phillies 8-1 on Sunday behind a quality start from Jon Lester (6 IP, 7 K, 0 BB, 0 ER), his 15th win of 2018, and homers from Murphy, Rizzo, and Baez, his 30th of the season.

El Mago went 2-for-5, raising his season average to .299 while plating his NL-best 100th RBI. Rizzo reached in all four plate appearances, going 2-for-2 with 2 RBI, 3 runs scored, and 2 walks. His season average now stands at .280. Ian Happ also had a nice day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with 2 RBI. That's Cub.

The North Siders head to Miller Park on Monday to kick off a three-game series with the Brewers, the first of six games against Milwaukee over the next ten days. 136 regular season games down, 26 to go...

The Cards also lost, bring the number down once more! Go Cubs go!
