Here we go, fans! Opening Day is upon us!

The 2021 MLB season is here and the Cubs kick it off with a six-game homestand.

Opening Day brings the Bucs to Wrigley, with Chad Kuhl taking the hill for Pittsburgh and Kyle Hendricks toeing the rubber for Chicago.

We'll see if Rossy slots Contreras into the two hole and bats KB cleanup, as he did several times this spring in Mesa. Could be a nice way to maximize Bryant's output and get Willy a few more at-bats throughout the season.

With Strop starting the season in the minors, Jeffress no longer in Chicago, Kimbrel coming off of a rough spring, and a couple nagging injuries, the bullpen remains a bit of a question mark. Here's hoping that the rotation can make it a non-issue.

162 games to go. Go Cubs go!
